Bus Story: I Will Gladly Pay You Tuesday if You Don’t Fight Today

She’s very tall. And unbelievably thin. We squish and clamber aboard this evening, but I do believe she might be only two-dimensional as she slips between our fellow riders with ease. But not grace. And I see why: her shoes are large, black and heavy. I keep an eye out for a massive man with a bushy black beard while scanning the crowd for a sailor with malformed forearms and a penchant for canned greens. Because where there is Olive Oyl, her warring suiters can’t be far away.
